In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our products, no matter what the reason is, you can return the product to us within 30 days for a product exchange or a money-back-guarantee full refund. Your item must be without trace of use and still have tags attached for refund. Customers will be responsible for the return shipments & cost.
To return your product, simply follow the steps below:
2. Email us with your intent to return at email@example.com, with the email subject line "Return/Exchange Product". Please put down your order no. and specify the item that you wish to return/exchange for prompt processing.
3. You will receive an address to where you should send the product back. Get your return ready and ship it back to us. Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss in the return process, hence we'd strongly recommend that you select a shipping method which offers tracking!
4. Once we receive your return product, we will process the refund within 2-4 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund is issued.
We will refund the price of the merchandise including duties & taxes (prorated to the number of units being returned). Customer is responsible for return shipping. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
